Growth Chart

When Mommy and I visited G&P Mulvihill in November, we met some of Grandma Bev's coworkers. One of them had a baby girl that is a few months older than me. She gave us this great idea to make a growth chart with pictures....So each month we'll take one with me sitting with my Courage Bear. We just started it at 4 months, but that's ok. (I probably would have flopped over before then anyway!)

Reconciliation with Lambchop

Look Lambchop, I thought I told you to find a new Boppy to loiter on...

Now scram, before I have to pop you on the noodle!
What? You say you don't even LIKE milk?!

Get out, Mommy said I could even chew on you?!

Yeah, I TOLD everyone you were a OK....
Those adults, they're just so suspicious sometimes!

Visiting Papa Al and Nana Janice

Middle of December, and we were off again! This time I flew (with Mommy) to Florida to see Papa Al and Nana Janice. It was lots of fun. I hadn't seen them since August, and all I did back then was sleep. I was way more entertaining on this visit. I hardly napped at all, I just didn't want to miss anything! Nana Janice took me to visit Santa. (I thought his red suit would be interesting to me, but actually I didn't find him that exciting) Then, we had a big party... just for me!! I got to meet lots of Mommy's relatives. We got to visit my new cousin, Colton. He's 4 weeks older than me, but WAY bigger.... What a boy, he tried to eat my feet! We had lots of fun visiting. I don't really get it yet, but Mommy doesn't really like living so far away from all my grandparents.

Chillin with Papa Al (ok, so I don't look chilled...
Mommy's new camera kind of freaks me out!)

Hangin out, chat'in with my cousin Jillian

Cousin Steven (Jillian's Daddy) loves the baby girls!

Mommy and Colton

Nana had to protect me from Colton (I think he was trying to eat me :-)

Me and Kimberly (Colton's big sister)

Uncle Greg (Colton's Daddy)

Mommies and babies ... Mommy's sister, Cecilia

Sugar Momma....Er, I mean Aunt Cissy

Aunt Cissy visited me the first week in December. Man, I need a t-shirt that says "Who needs Santa when you've got Aunt Cissy" ! ... Not that I'm complaining, mind you. Aunt Cissy brought me bunches of wrapped Christmas packages, most of them were super cool clothes. I wasn't very helpful unwrapping them, but I sure thought the paper was pretty (Thanks Momma T for all that work!) Mommy and Cissy had lots of fun, and her visits always go by too fast. She did manage to make Mommy do the first page of my scrapbook (And just between you and me.... I think we'll ALL be glad that Aunt Cissy will handle most of the book!) Mommy might be "artsy", but Aunt Cissy's definitely got the scrapbook touch!

(you adults just wish you looked this good in corduroy)

Just doing a little Boppy surfin!

Oh NO! You say the Panthers are losing?!

Yeah!! Aunt Cissy will be so happy her team pulled out and won!

Thanksgiving with Nana Diane

Well, shortly after my visit to Birmingham, Turkey Day was quickly upon us. Mommy spent LOTS of time making fancy food. She seemed to be pretty happy with the results. (I didn't want to hurt her feelings, but it all just tasted like milk to me!) Nana Diane visited me for Thanksgiving. It's the first time she's met me. We had a great weekend. The weather was still warm, so we got to spend some time going for walks. Which is good, because we spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and eating!! Oh, and of course, my wardrobe expanded a little. (people must really not trust Mommy and Daddy's taste in clothes!)

Hey! a little dignity please!!

That's better...but can we please get this over with
(adults are so weird sometimes!)

(I think me and Nana Diane got a little food drunk)

Hey, let me take one!
What's so funny?

Papa and Grandma Mulvihill

Hello Again - I know it's been ages since I've written. I've been VERY busy, quite the jet setter actually! I've now been on three plane trips since my last note, not to mention a 10 hr car trip!! In early November, I went to visit Grandma and Papa Mulvihill in Birmingham. I slept on Mommy's lap for the whole plane trip. Funny, other passengers were actually thanking me for being so fun....I don't get it :-) Anyway, I had a great time in Birmingham. I went to visit Grandma Bev's school and met all her coworkers. One night we even had an open house with coffee and dessert - just a little "Liza meet and greet". I was looking for some great pictures to show you, but (surprisingly) they are all just of me... so you can't really tell where I am! But trust me, I had a great time. I was almost 4 months old in early November, so Grandma and Papa had lots of fun seeing how great I focus and have started talking to my carrier pals: lion and elefonte.

Me and Grandma have great conversations, AND she's always quick to console me when some tragedy has befallen me!

Oh, I definitely know what my thumb is for now.... actually, I can get four fingers in my mouth at once. Really! It's quite impressive
(except when it makes me gag ocassionally :-p )

It IS exhausting being the center of attention.
No, wait! I didn't mean it.... we're leaving so soon?!
